YANDIYA (UK) LTD-United Kingdom
In January 2014, Yandiya Group Ltd and Shenzhen Yandiya Technology Ltd wanted to expand its operations, to do this we needed partners or a distributor to come onboard with us, and have the same drive and attention for detail, firstly we target the United Kingdom, by doing this it gave us a good base to enter the entertainment
 and display industry, with are much acclaimed led tape and Pixel Tape.
Finding the right Partner was difficult, we need a company with a good standing and with Directors that had the same vision as us.
When we were looking, we were approached by TLS who at the time were expanding their position across the LED Lighting industry and gaining in reputation for supplying quality products in the entertainment industry, this worked well for Yandiya, as the Group Chairman was Born in the UK, this partnership could only grow and together both companies could achieve there personal and business goals.

With this in mind, we quickly established a Branch for Yandiya (UK) Ltd, and invited the then MD onto the board of Directors in Shenzhen Yandiya, to work on building the business in the UK Market and to
 established a sales force by appointing a UK Sales to oversee the operations, and to represent Yandiya (UK) Ltd, Bringing the factory and its ethos to the UK market.
This partnership is growing in strength, and Shenzhen Yandiya Technology Ltd has seen its market share grow and now we are building on this success with a core range of products being supplied from the branch in the UK and focus on the industries that benefit from our professional range of products, as now are products are being specified in many of the leading architects and professional installer across the UK.

We now look forward to 2015, and to build on what is already a successful business plan.

June 2014 became the start of what had been a long discussion on moving our company deeper into the European market, just like the United Kingdom, we needed to know that the company that was going to represent us, was hard working and had the same drive as the rest of the Yandiya Group.

When Philipp from CW came to see us, we all found out that not only did we think alike, but also he could add value to our R&D department, with his innovative ideas and his forward thinking as well as his network of clients.

We quickly together we started Yandiya France, and success followed straight away, when we all attended an exhibition, we saw contract and the years order book fill up very quickly. Now we have seen the business increase and our sales target have reached way above what we could have expected, and the second container of stock will be leaving shortly.
We look to build on this succcess and increase our profile further, with new products and more targeted advertising.

Like most companies starting to work in Africa, we stepped in the water and wanted to see if we could find the right people to represent our company and our products, as Africa is an emerging market for lighting and renewable energy and still very much behind when it comes to the technology behind our key-line products of rechargeable powered lighting.
We decided to work with a few local companies to see which one had the strength and the resolve to move our company and product further into the market place, knowing this to be a slow process, we teamed with a few companies to make sure we could find the right people, we were not looking at how much they could sell and how quick, we wanted a company that knew how to run a business first and foremost.

We found that working remotely, was very difficult, and knew if Yandiya Group was to grow we would need a more hands on approach, and we were finding that little or no progress was being made as many companies had short term goals and not the long term goals we had come to expect and demanded, so we decided the best way forward would be to appoint a Sales Director, to not only represent our Company, but also to make sure that the products were reaching the right people, to open the market and bring the benefits of the rechargeable lighting to people who needed it.
This decision to bring in someone as our Sales Director, was good for our company, we soon saw that wasted months waiting for orders and design on R&D project, fast became reality, and we achieved in one month what targets had been proposed for three months, we knew we had done the right thing.

Currently Yandiya is talking to new companies, and our Goal is to open another three branches by March 2015 - Yandiya innovation and commitment to the future is what drives us forward.


What was once on the drawing board has now become a reality, the new offices have now be found, and we are looking into the design and office working area, to bring not only a exciting showroom, but a working area to show, what can be achieved.
The new addition to our company has long been a dream of the CEO, and now with his Europeon Background and Nationalitly being English, we are now being invited to tender for new projects, bring the creative designs of Europe to China's food and entetainment industry.
